ROSLIN DISTILLERY AND FASSFERN GIN

Client Subtitle

Roslin Distillers Ltd, was set up in 2020 by father and son, Colin and Aaron Ross. Initially to hold our first trademark, Allt A’Mhullin. The business was dormant until commencement of trading our first products in May 2021. Sadly this was at the same time as Aaron lost his father, however, the business continues to grow and honour his life’s work in the spirits industry. The same father and son team were also behind Fassfern Gin, with the first two gins, a Dry and a Bramble, also released in May 2021. The brand has continued to grow with the addition of Fassfern White Rose, Christmas and Highland Gins. We are now an award winning producer with our Highland Gin picking up a silver award in the Scottish Gin Awards 2022 and our Allt A’Mhullin 12 year old Batch no.1 a silver in the IWSC 2023.

JAHAMA VENISON

Sourced from the hills of Lochaber

Selling venison locally links the wider community more closely to the traditional activity of deer stalking on JHE, continuing our commitment to make the vast local natural resources more accessible to the surrounding communities. The meat is branded with the Gaelic saying ‘Fiadh á Fireach’, which translates as ‘a deer from the hill’, reflecting the ancient connection between Highland people and natural resources.
